REBUILDING HOMES AND RESTORING LIVES

Catholic Social Services Disaster Preparedness & Response has been working side by side with Lutheran Ministries of Alabama, Mennonite Disaster Services, and Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, in a truly ecumenical response to the Christmas day tornado that destroyed much of a local residence in Mobile. When the work is completed.

The home and the storm survivor will be restored through the gracious generosity of these helping organizations, as well as their volunteers and benefactors. Catholic Social Services is working with 10 additional families who survived the winter tornadoes and will be assessing repairs to their homes. Catholic Social Services and Catholic Charities USA and the Legacy Project now underway will continue to make things, and more possible.
