2B Choices for Women
2B Choices for Women is a pregnancy support center offering free pregnancy tests, free prenatal/parenting classes through our Earn While You Learn program, and information on all your pregnancy options.

Adoption & Infant Foster Care
Catholic Social Services places infants in approved homes of married couples and single individuals. Families are assessed by agency social workers to determine their ability, readiness, and commitment for lifetime parenting

Counseling

The counseling services at Catholic Social Services are open to anyone regardless of religious affiliation. The agency offers these services to adults, children, and families who are encountering problems in their daily lives that go beyond their own abilities to resolve.

Disaster Preparedness/Response
The Office of Disaster Preparedness/Response offers education, planning, guidance, and oversight of Catholic Social Services’ disaster preparedness and response programs in the Archdiocese of Mobile.

Disability Ministries & Services
The mission of the Office of Disability Ministries and Services is to assist people with cognitive, physical, and other developmental disabilities to understand, develop, and live out their lives as completely as possible regardless of disability type, severity, or age of onset.

Emergency Services
The Service Center of Catholic Social Services provides limited financial and material assistance to families and individuals in times of crisis.   Eligibility for emergency assistance depends on the client’s ability to document the need and on the availability of the needed resource.

Refugee Resettlement
The Refugee Resettlement Program is a branch of Catholic Social Services created to meet the special needs of refugees. The Refugee Resettlement Program in Mobile is the only refugee resettlement program in all of Alabama. Our program annually resettles between 170 and 200 refugees.

St. Teresa of Calcutta Senior Ministry

The St. Teresa of Calcutta Senior Ministry provides non-medical supportive care and advocacy for individuals age 60 and up. The program is FREE with no income limitations to be eligible. Each individual’s needs will be assessed during an intake process where the level of care will be determined.
